Airport Shuttle (Saturday, July 24, 2021)
We were informed that Airport Transportation Service from the Orlando International Airport to the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek for the Air Force Sergeants Association Professional Education and Development Symposium has been cancelled due to lack of interest.
Any monies collected will be 100% refunded by Hello Florida Destination Management.
For transportation options from the Orlando International Airport to the Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek or another hotel you may be staying, you can visit Mears.com for Taxi or Private Vehicle service.
There are also Taxi stands and Rental Car counters on site in the Main Terminal building.   Ride Shares (Uber, Lyft) are also available.

TENTATIVE SHUTTLE SERVICES FROM OVERFLOW HOTELS TO EVENT LOCATION
have been scheduled for the Embassy Suites Orlando and the Courtyard Orlando. Negotiations with Holiday Inn Resort are still pending.

Saturday, July 24: Shuttle Service from Embassy, Courtyard & Holiday Inn to Host Hotel at 4:00 pm and again at 5:00 pm
Return: 10:30pm and 11:00 pm

Sunday, July 25: Shuttle Service from Embassy, Courtyard & Holiday Inn to Host Hotel at 6:40 am, 7:10 am and 7:40 am
Return: 5:00 pm, 5:30 pm and 6:00 pm

Monday, July 26: Shuttle Service from Embassy, Courtyard & Holiday Inn to Host Hotel at 6:40 am, 7:10 am and 7:40 am
Return: Bonnet Creek to Embassy 5:00, 5:30; Embassy to Courtyard & Holiday Inn 5:45 and 6:15 pm; and again at 10:30 pm and 11:00 pm
